And while Fonseca of course heaps praise on his most stalwart political operator, Albert Vaughan is not a man universally loved in the City Hall political caucus.
As we told you, Vaughan's colleagues are even seeking an injunction against his appointment. But Fonseca claims he knows nothing about that and is sure that cooler heads will prevail:

"Yeah I have not heard anything about that you know obviously I think that would be counterproductive, and I certainly hope that we do not reach that point and that whatever differences they have with the mayor that those can be resolved in a common sense manner that serves the interest of the council. People want the council to be focused and work. People are not interested in political bickering."
