If you haven’t got plans for the evening, there’s still time to make it out to the Anglican Cathedral College fair. It is the school’s major fundraiser but it’s also loads of fund as there will be music, games, food, performances, and a long list of activities. They held a hype parade through the city yesterday to generate buzz. Alex Noralez told us why this year’s fair will be different.
Alex Noralez,
“We will be showcasing the different talents we have here at ACC. Every half hour something will be happening, the ACC band will be performing, we’ll have some students signing, we’ll have some choreographed dancing, we’ll have students that are currently participating in the Masters of the Floor, they will be here. So it is going to be a very hype hype event. We are going to have a deejay spin-off only with deejays from ACC. The winner will walk away with $75, something that they can use during their Easter holiday.
And we’re also going to have Mr. Program and Mr. Berne as well. So there is a lot to look forward to; bingo room, we will have bouncy house, just to name a couple of the games we’ll have with the typical things like tambola and so forth. Lots to eat and drink: garnaches, rice and beans, barbecue, the full works will be out here. And then the big dance of course starts at nine o’clock with Mr. Hype himself. We also want to mention that Hard Rock Sounds will be out here. So enough sounds, enough events, a little bit of everything to have everyone entertained.”
Entrance is a dollar. Funds will help the school meets its bills and help students unable to meet theirs.
