And we also asked the Minister for an update on St Mary's Primary School. Earlier this month, we told you that the historic school's building was crumbling and was deemed unsafe for use. Today, Minister Fonseca told us that they are working with the Ministry of Finance to secure funds to help them rebuild.

"The decision has been made that the school cannot conduct its affairs there so they have found an alternative building on the Southside here in Belize City that they will be using and we're going to work with the government to try to find funds. Ultimately the solution is trying to build a new building for them so we're working with the Social Investment Fund, we're working with the Ministry of Finance to determine how best we can access funds for that purpose."
