Whale Washes Up in San Pedro?

What is believed to be a dead whale washed up on the shore of Northern Ambergris Caye today. This picture is courtesy our friends at the San Pedro Sun. They report that it washed up on shore south of Azul Resort this afternoon. It had been there since morning but employees first thought it was a manatee or dolphin. They later concluded that it was a whale about eight feet long. Up to this evening – the carcass had not been removed.
