David Gegg - he's the main mover behind the 700 plus million dollar cruise project, Portico, but he seems to be in trouble with the Department of the Environment while managing a much smaller business. A November 14th letter to Gegg says that the DOE and Public Health conducted an inspection at his Cave Branch Outpost near Nohoch Che'en, in relation to his application for the renewal of your Liquor License

The letter cites, "issues of environmental concerns that must be addressed within one (1) month.

These include leaky pipes, a grease trap for the kitchen sinks and that "Fat and grease must be stored within sealed containers for disposal or recycling", plus "a general clean-up of the facility and the removal of old items not in use."

They also note that before the liquor license is approved he must submit an updated lease agreement.
