And there's another island controversy out at Cayo Rosario. Fly fishing guides had recently gone to protest out at Cayo Rosario - which is a popular fishing ground but also the site for a resort development which will include over the water structures. Here's what the area rep had to say about it:

"In terms of the opinion of the place there for the fly fisherman's i understand that we understand them it is a very cortical component of tourism there and Cayo Rosario has a long history for many years and if you ask me from the very beginning that should have never happened but nonetheless these people have titles to it they claim ownership and there are legal aspects to it we have to be very careful with."
