The other proposal that is attended by some uncertainty is the discussion of Mexico's Tren Maya also extending into Guatemala and Belize. It has generated environmental concerns in Mexico - so what about Belize? Here's what the PM said:

"The idea with Tren Maya is that it will follow the the highway, it will go through our highways, as opposed to going through, through the, ham…But we're just in initial stages. So let's not get ahead of our time, or ahead of us."
