Out of the approved applicants, 23,818 were people laid off work, and 18,757 were self-employed.

As of yesterday, 14,862 applications have been placed on a list of exclusions for a variety of reasons including if they are already Boost recipients; if they receive government or Social Security Pension; if they applied as "long-term unemployed" - which was only available during phase 1; or if they are below the age of 18, among others.

There are a total of 1,817 payments which have been rejected by financial institutions because of errors with the applicants' account information.
