And while we have seen a number of COVID response plans generated by the Ministry in March, we didn't fixate on that; what we did ask Chebat about is the two weeks of settling in time that has seen more than four dozen COVID related deaths.
It is a sad and sobering statistic - and while it really is just the progression of COVID 19 based on super spreader events and reckless personal behaviour - Minister Chebat said the blame surely isn't on him:
