And, you heard Minister Mahler speaking about the health professionals with data - and we guess that's who Prime Minister Briceno was speaking to today when he visited the Central Medical Laboratory and the Blood Bank in Belize City.

A release says the PM met with Acting Lab Director Juvencio Chan, "to discuss new testing protocols and reducing the testing backlog." They also discussed training the lab techs at the Belize Agricultural Health Authority and the upgrading of the laboratory at the Ministry of Agriculture to assist with COVID-19 testing.

And wiggle he was at the blood bank, Prime Minister Briceno committed to donate blood when he completes his sixth week of recovery. That will be used for convalescent plasma which may contain COVID-19 antibodies - a possible treatment for persons battling the virus.
