Young Windcuttaz Has Major Worries

Last night we brought you an update on the boy called Windcuttaz and the Traumatic cataract that he sustained while spearfishing.

It's a condition that's caused him to lose vision in his right eye, a devastating reality that's been confirmed as almost certainly permanent.

It's likely a result of a failure by to attend necessary follow-ups and administer the medications that could have normalized the pressure in the eye.

Jonathan Coleman is stable and not in any immediate pain but the loss of his eye has made his future a challenging one.

His only hope now, even though it's not guaranteed to restore his sight, is the intervention of paediatric surgeons set to arrive in Belize in July.
