COVID Daily Positivity Rate Way, Way Down

The Ministry of Health is reporting one new COVID death tonight, but that patient passed away back on February 11. She was an unvaccinated woman from Cayo. There were 26 new confirmed cases with ten of them identified in Belize, six in Cayo, and four in Toledo. There are also 11 hospitalizations, with 7 being unvaccinated and 4 being fully vaxxed. Two patients are admitted in the ICU. 115 new recoveries puts the active numbers at 1,041. The daily positivity rate has dropped to 2.36% and the total death toll is at 651.
