Yesterday the KHMH union lashed out with an angry statement saying it was still suffering from critical equipment and medicine shortages in key areas.

Well today the CEO of KHMH Chandra Cansino lashed back basically saying the union is wrong, wrong and wrong.

She lists an inventory of available units of specific types of equipment cited as being scarce in the release. Cansino says these are available in the hundreds, thousands and tens of thousands of units.

As regards deficient laboratory services mentioned in the union release, Cansino says an arrangement is being made to alleviate the problems - and the union rep on the KHMH board of directors is a part of those discussions.

And as for the Union's statement about poor quality medications, the CEO says "there are no further reports of quality concerns since the last report covered by the media in 2022."

So, what's with the union rating an alarm for issues that have been resolved? Well, we can't say for sure, but we do know that the Union President is under fire from within his union and three executive members resigned in the middle of last month.
