Cuba's Minister of Foreign Investment, Martha Lomas will arrive in Belize tomorrow for meetings with her Belizean counterparts.

At the top of the agenda is review of the technical assistance in areas of health sports, and education among others that Cuba currently gives to Belize. Belize in turn provides scholarships for Cubans to study at UB's Regional Language Center.

All that and more will be discussed at the 7th session of what's called the Joint Commission for Economic and Technical Cooperation between the governments of Belize and Cuba.

New on the table at the session will be a proposed maritime and civil aviation agreement between Belize and Cuba.
