Today in Belmopan at the Conference Room of the Leigh Richardson Building, Minister of Foreign Affairs Eamon Courtenay took over the Chairmanship of SICA's Council of Foreign Ministers to Belize.
He took it from Roberto Alvarez, the Foreign Minister of the Dominican Republic. And today, along with the Secretary General of SICA - they discussed the direction and the opportunities for the Council under Belize's Leadership:
