Two weeks ago, we showed you that after Hurricane Lisa, the city's terminal was in terminal condition. The Minister of Transport said that they have submitted their estimate to the Ministry of Infrastructure and so now it was up to them to do the reconstruction. But today, Minister Espat said that they haven't gotten any instructions to get started on that yet.

"I love the minister of transport, but we can't solve everybody's problem. We can try."

"Sir, but the terminal is something use by hundreds of people every day."
Julius Espat
"That falls under the ministry of transport. We have a budget that we work within and to be able something like that he has to go to the ministry of finance to be able to get approval, they put in it our line item, they send it to us and then we can go ahead. We can't build without money and we don't generate the funds. We petitioned it and we lobby for it and so I understand what he is saying and I respect what he is saying and I would want to do it immediately, but until I get word from my boss to say that I can do it and our CEO gets the necessary financing, there is no way I can touch it."
