Tonight, the passengers of a Tropic Air flight are glad to be unhurt after their plane ran off the runway in Placencia. While no one was injured, reports are that the plane experienced a nose wheel blow out as it was landing around 6:15pm. This blow out made it hard to steer, causing the pilot to veer into the grass at the edge of the airstrip. There were no additional damages reported to the aircraft.
