The firefighters of Orange Walk Central have a brand new station to call home. That's after their leaders were able to convince the Briceno government to finance a full renovation of the only station that has been providing emergency service to Orange Walk Town.
It's an important development for several reasons. It provides an improved workflow on behalf of the citizens. Also, the working environment for firefighters is reportedly being improved in significant ways.
