117 Recruits Turn Soldiers

Today 117 new soldiers joined the ranks of the BDF. The pass out ceremony for recruit intake #66 was held this afternoon at Price Barracks after months of rigorous training. According to the minister, the new additions are extremely necessary since the BDF is always in need of more human resources. However, he noted the issue in procuring weaponry, which has made it difficult for these soldiers to learn to use firearms. But he added that it will not be a disadvantage to them in the meantime.
