But while the Prime Minister had success abroad, he's come home to face pressing domestic matters as the Senate Special Select Committee has declared that Social Security CEO Narda Garcia and Chairman Yasin Shoman must go. Some observers say that the Prime Minister must move against Garcia, while others, within the party, say that he can hardly move against her after she displayed great loyalty to his government.

But, now there's a group of Belizeans who say that if Said Musa doesn't move decisively, they will. They are called PRIME TIME, which stands for, get out your pens, "People For the Removal of Inefficient Managers and Executives Through Inclusive Mobilization Efforts." The group is led by Kenny Morgan and is meeting this hour at the BTL Park. Morgan says that though the name may be a mouthful, the aim is simple.

Kenny Morgan, PRIME-TIME
"We want suggestions from members of the public as to what plan of action, what course of action will be available to us in the event that the Prime Minister's response to the Senate Special Select Committee's recommendation is not satisfactory and not in due time as we believe it should be."

Keith Swift,
When you say not satisfactory, is that meaning that you guys want Narda to go

home?

Kenny Morgan,
"Not only Narda Garcia but the committee has specifically recommended that all persons who were on the board of directors during the time when those loans were disbursed, who did not do the adequate due diligence that was needed for such loans, they must all be removed from office. They are unfit to serve and be in charge of the people's monies.

If the Prime Minister does not come with a timely and adequate response to the recommendations put forth by the Senate Select Committee, then I believe the onus is on the people of Belize, those who are the contributors and stakeholders in Social Security Board, to mount some sort of offensive to get the message that we will not sit idly by and watch another $3.34 million fiasco happen.

We want the Prime Minister to know we are prepared to go to whatever lengths to make sure that the law takes its course. This is a people's movement, a non-political organization and we expected to be made up of people of both political parties; people who support the UDP, people who support the PUP, and people who have no political allegiance. This is a people's movement, totally non-political and it is all about making sure that the government does right by the people."

Again that meeting of prime time began at 5 pm at the BTL.
