The DFC hearings will not resume until at least the week of March fifth.
Co-chair Merlene Bailey-Martinez told us today that the delay is to allow disclosure of the Hulse audit findings to all parties. That means Glen Godfrey, Troy Gabb, Ralph Fonseca and others.
The second submission in that audit process will be finalized on Monday, so the hearings are tentatively scheduled to starts after that. We say tentative, because it appears the Novelo's will file an appeal of their request for an injunction against the Commission, which the Chief Justice denied earlier this week.
With all these entanglements, best advice for DFC hearings devotees is, don't hold your breath.
