They are as indefatigable as some of their old Blue Bird buses and now the Novelo's have launched a renewed assault on DFC forensic auditor Mark Hulse.
Today, their new attorney, Elson Kaseke filed papers in the Supreme Court challenging the legality of Hulse's appointment. Kaseke's papers make the case that the Prime Minister had no authority to appoint an independent forensic auditor.
Kaseke will also argue that the Novelo's rights to natural justice were denied because Hulse did not question them during the audit. Kaseke and the Novelo's now await a date for hearing.
