Last night we reported that former Minister of Youth and Sports Rodwell Ferguson seems to have offered a bribe to present Minister of Natural Resources Gaspar Vega. Ferguson who is trying to settle the titles for property owners in a subdivision he carved up asked for the Minister’s intercession to speed things through. And in return, Ferguson offered him eight of the eighty lots for himself or whoever he wanted to designate. Ferguson told us it was no bribe just an open offer to Government that was poorly worded.

Well last night Vega told us that he hasn’t even seen the later. So while Ferguson vouched for its authenticity but lamented that the Minister had not responded to him, Vega told us our broadcast was the first he’d heard of the letter. But he told us he has heard a lot about Ferguson’s work in Sittee and none of it is good. He promised to provide us with details next week.
