Earlier in the news, we told you about today's Senate Meeting in Belmopan, which was held to consider a number of bills coming out of 2 consecutive meetings of the House.

We turn back now to the discussions on the General Revenue Supplementary Appropriation Bill #4 of 2020

In this bill, the Barrow Government is seeking authorization to spend just over 27 million dollars in different areas of the public service. You'll remember how the Opposition Leader challenged the UDP side to justify that amount, especially because these expenditures were not initially budgeted for in this fiscal year.
