And one of the first things Briceno was asked about today was the enforced shutdown of the lands department. Police moved in dramatically and we asked about it:

Hon. John Briceno - Prime Minister "I have asked that the lands department, due to the incident that happened this morning we were hearing a lot of conflicting reports about people taking out files and trying to do a lot of stuff and when we take that into consideration as to what has happened over the past two or few weeks where you saw like a frenzy in the lands department, I have asked that the lands department be shut down until Monday so we can avoid any problems and when the new minister of natural resources takes over on Monday."

And, in quite a scene at the lands department, a senior staffer, Legal Officer for the Lands' Department, Llewllyn Usher was arrested by police today after he tried to go to work and punched an officer.
