And while the union is ready to issue a consequence to the system, what happens when the money is done, and there's no more to borrow. Host Jules Vasquez asked that in the realest terms:

Jules Vasquez "Why is it that you all [unions] are unable to accept that the government just does not have the money and can't continue to borrow. We hear what the social impact is going to be, we understand but money done. I felt that way when I had to cut my employees salaries, it was painful."

Sharon Frazer - President, APSSM "What happen to the 26 new vehicles, what happen to the 84 thousand dollar rental, what happen to I know that the express interest to rent the 3rd floor of the social security building in Belmopan, what happen to all of those things? What happen to the over 3 million dollars of new hiring that took place since this administration came in? We don't have money, we don't have money. If it is that we're broke, how is it that we can not follow the process and get 26 new vehicles? Or the new contracts that are coming in, the number of new hiring. I know there were some replacements but new hiring, there was a certain minister who came on the TV and said well I have to bring in my people."

Dean Flowers - First Vice President "It goes back to the question, are you for real? The government's job is to grow the economy and create an enabling environment for job creation within the businesses which expands and are birthed. The government's job is not to come into government and to try to create employment within the government, your job is not to hire people, your job is to create an enabling environment and sister Sharon you forgot about the brand building that sits at the airport but yet the blue economy gone on seashore drive gone rent building. Look at the scandal today coming out of Caribbean Motors, the best value was not given."
