While we had the opportunity, we asked Marshalleck about reports we received that Godwin Hulse, a former UDP Minister under the Barrow Administration, has also decided to sue the Commission of Inquiry.
Both former Prime Minister Dean Barrow and Former Deputy Prime Minister Hugo Patt have gone to the Supreme Court to ask for massive awards of damages against the Commission of Inquiry into the Sale of Government assets.
They made the point that the Commission violated their rights to natural justice when they published their report and its adverse findings without first allowing them the chance to convince the Commission that the Commission's conclusions were wrong.
Back in January Godwin Hulse also told 7News the very same thing, and now, he has gone to the Supreme Court to seek redress in a similar manner as Dean Barrow and Hugo Patt.
We asked Marshalleck about that new lawsuit:
E. Andrew Marshalleck, SC - Chairman, Commission of Inquiry
"I believe he's filed a claim."
Daniel Ortiz
"Oh, he's filed a claim."

E. Andrew Marshalleck, SC
"It hasn't been served yet, but we're aware of it."
Daniel Ortiz
"Sir, I have to ask you for just a quick, immediate reaction to it. It seems like that report is becoming a bigger headache for you."
E. Andrew Marshalleck, SC
"Well, what's the reaction to it? There are no more than 2 sentences in it that have anything to do with Mr. Hulse."
Daniel Ortiz
"So, what is he - as far as you're aware - asking for, as a remedy from the court."
E. Andrew Marshalleck, SC
"It looks to me like a cut and paste of what Mr. Barrow and Mr. Patt have claimed. Even the type-set looks the same. So, I expect it's the same thing, but I haven't had a chance to properly study it."
Daniel Ortiz
"Do you think that Mr. Hulse intends to rake you over the coals, sir, you and the Commission, using this lawsuit?"
E. Andrew Marshalleck, SC
"Isn't that what everybody has been doing?"
As soon as the matter goes to court, we'll tell you about it.
