The last time we saw or heard from former UDP Leader Patrick Faber, it's when he walked off the set of Uncut on January 18th.
But unconfirmed reports say Faber has returned to Belize after almost four months in the US - during which time he missed his party's national leadership convention and the budget presentation and debate.
And it seems he has come home to give some "battery" to his replacement, Shyne Barrow. He today posted an anti-Shyne ad produced by Tracy Panton and Patrick Faber loyalist Delroy Cutklevin and captioned it, quote, "this man is wrong for our party and wrong for Belize," end quote.
That - as far as we know is his first comment on Shyne Barrow's leadership - and it suggests very clearly that Faber will now play the role of antagonist and opponent that he says Shyne had played during his leadership - which likely means that disarray and disunity will continue to reign in the UDP.
