Today we spoke to the Minister of Public Service, constitutional reform and religious Affairs Henry Charles Usher who said that they will have an opportunity to suggest changes when it goes to Committee:

"This NPO Bill because the NPOs and NGOs seem to be up in arms, they say that they weren't consulted even though they are going through processes with FIU for the past year, they were very surprised to ee this Bill introduced in the house, what's your comment?"

"Well, a couple of things, as you rightly said they have been, this is not something new this is something that the FIU and different organizations have been approaching the NGOs and the NPOs on and the bill was prepared by the attorney General's ministry and we will have an opportunity when it goes to house comittee and they will also have an opportunity in the senate they have representation in the Senate."
