And if Barrow didn't want to talk about Faber, he wanted to do so even less about John Saldivar and Lev Dermen. One week ago, Dermen was sentenced to 40 years in prison for conspiring to to defraud a US federal program of more than $1 billion US dollars.
The paper trail of Dermen's money laundering activities is long and it may lead to Belize and his one - time closest political ally, John Saldivar, who is also now Shyne Barrow's closest political ally.
At the end of a 50 minute press briefing, Barrow seems like he just didn't have the psychic energy to answer that one:
