And though the PM said he had not been briefed on the ongoing friction between BTL employees and management, he did know about two former board members who stepped down. They are Michael Bowen and Denise Courtenay - both appointed by the PM - who have now left the board. But the PM said it is not a resignation:

"They did not, well it's not necessarily a resignation we did not renew their appointment simply because they asked to. Both of them have been very grateful for the experience that they got but at the same time they were a part of almost rescuing BTL. They had to reorganize BTL to try to move BTL in the right direction that profitably in BTL has increased dramatically because of the work that the board that we appointed has done."
