"No, no, no. The Mayor has never told me to step down. She said, Stand where you are. I've put you in the position for you to take care of their affairs till I come back. And I am doing just as the Mayor have instructed me. She is the CEO of the City Council. She's the Mayor. She's in charge of what happens with the council. Until the day she gives power off when she is no more the Mayor. As of now, she can still call on what is happening with the council."
