As you heard that first meeting of the SSC is set for December fifth. The persons called for this first meeting include three former UDP Ministers - all who dealt directly with the Portico deliberations or the definitive agreement: They are Tracey Taegar Panton, who is the former Chair of the Cabinet Subcommittee on investment and the Minister of State for the Ministry of Economic Development, and Investment; former Attorney General Mike Peyrefitte - who also sat on the Investment Subcommittee, and the main event, former Minister of Economic Development and Investment Erwin Contreras.
But it may be an anticlimax, because - as we understand it - the National Assembly staff has not been able to locate Contreras - and has only been able to send him emails.
