"I would feel good about that, we do have competent women officers, Ms Bodden is right there, she is learning very fast and I try as best as I can to incorporate her in everything I do because we need to be able to have a pool that we can select from when the time comes for me to leave office that the prime minister will be able to have more than one or two officers that he can look at to be able to succeed me when I leave so I support the statement of the minister, I think that it is time for us to be able to look in that direction if we have a woman that is competent enough to take on the mantle then certainly I will welcome that."
