Shyne Barrow, Leader of the Opposition
"There was a lot of misinformation being given to the press that it was first it was 21. You said it yourself. The number changed three times, first it was 21 constituencies, then it was 18 constituencies. Then It was 16. the final number was 14, two of which are questionable because we have a new standard bearer in Port, and a new executive, and we have a new standard bearer in Belize Rural South soon."
"Yes, there are people that don't support me. Yes. There are people that, don't support me, but the majority support me."
"Like it was okay in the beginning, right? It was like novela and it's like, soap opera and a circus even. But I think the public has grown tired of, the sad state of affairs that we see playing out. And I'm not going to participate in it."
"We want to be the cabinet. If we want to be the cabinet, now's the time to demonstrate to the Belizean public that is what we want to be. And so I will do my part not to engage in the mudslinging, not to engage in the defamation of character, not to engage in any, narrative or campaigning against any of my colleagues."
