That came at the end of Faber's presentation on the dams where - like his leader of the opposition - he Insisted that the dams should remain in public hands and not be sold into local private ownership:

The safest place for those shares - because we support buying it back - is in the hand of the Belizean people."
"The government should own it because the government is the right entity who will be able to say, you know what? The poor people need a little break. They need a little reduction. Instead, you hear the Prime Minister saying no reduction. It's going to come at you in full force."
"they are trying to get fat. The reason why these deals are so clandestine, The reason why they are so secretive is ultimately they want to create their own millionaires. They want to create their own financiers, to keep them in office for perpetuity on the backs of the Belizean people."
