Feinstein Group Back To Court But With A Team Of British Barristers

It was just a case management conference but a crew of legal heavyweights rumbled into the courtroom of Justice Tawanda Hondora today.

It's the start of a major case - which is one more front being opened in the battle over Stake Bank Caye. Ousted developer Mike Feinstein has a new pair of international attorneys who are challenging an arbitral award given to OPSA, the Honduran company which now owns the island.

The new Feinstein attorneys are British and included a King's Counsel and highly regarded Barristers.

The trial date has been set for March of next year.
