And, keeping it on water, UDP Area Rep Lee Mark Chang spoke about BWSL - which is asking for a 20% increase in rates. He says the company is rife with wastage:

"First, the management team was increased from 9 to 16. Staff increased from 285 at a cost of 13 million. In 2021 to 346, at a cost of $17.2 million in 2025, a $4.2 million increase in labor."
"Donations: 2021: 70,000 and now is a $582,000. My God, I need to send my letter to BWS to start get some donations!"
"Travel: 198,000 - 2021; 2025 $341,000. Boy, I need to start traveling with those people."
