Reporter
"$3,000 bond right?"

Dr. Richard Rosado, Commissioner of Police
"The permit stipulates the bond that was agreed upon by both sides of the party."

Reporter
"So can the penalty be that they would have to give up that bond?"

Dr. Richard Rosado, Commissioner of Police
"Like I mentioned it was unfortunate that they violated their agreed upon conditions of the bond to protest and there may be legal consequences for the organizers."

Reporter
"Can you talk to us about what happened with Yellowman? We did see a suspect acknowledgement form that had an acronym which says being the member of a gang or refers to being the member of a gang yet you said otherwise."

Dr. Richard Rosado, Commissioner of Police
"Like I mentioned the members of the United Democratic Party reached out to the Belize Police Department of concern that they had that Yellowman was trying to incite violence and based on that he was brought in and interviewed. The investigation is ongoing at the moment."

Reporter
"Was that a tactic to de-escalate things and have the people move off the bridge?"

Dr. Richard Rosado, Commissioner of Police
"Based on the information we received he was brought in and interviewed and the investigation continues. There are several other things that we need to be able to do before charges are laid."
