And from diplomacy to party politics, with the Belize City municipal convention set for the end of the month, as the area representative for the Freetown Division Fonseca didn't shy away from telling us who he is supporting in the upcoming election.
Francis Fonseca:
"I'm supporting Mr. Miller, Eliud Miller. Well, the convention is set and as you know the National Executive set a date for it, it is August 30th, so I think the delegates list will be prepared and submitted sometime this week, and then you know the campaign proceeds over the next three weeks to engage with those delegates and we move forward from there."
We stress Miller is a member of Fonseca's Freetown constituency committee so the support is implicit.
