On June 15th Belize will play the home game of its World Cup qualifying match against Mexico at the Reliant Stadium in Houston. That’s more than a month away but the tickets went on sale this week. The ticket prices range from US$125 for field level seating to $30 for upper level seating. The bad news is that you can’t buy the tickets in Belize – you have to buy them online at Ticketmaster.comor on the phone from Ticketmaster in the U.S.

_The Reliant Stadium can seat 70,000 people. As Football Federation of Belize President Dr. Bertie Chimilio has told 7NEWS, proceeds from the gate will be split with Traffic Sports – the company facilitating the game for Belize. And as for the progress of our national team, they are now preparing under the leadership of coach Ian Mork.
