They are agents for 9 islands for sale in Belizean waters, most of them privately owned. The island range in prices anywhere from US$695,000 for the 13 acre Horizon Caye in the Stann Creek District to $9 million for Montego Cay which, according to the sales material," is just 500 feet from the second largest barrier reef in the world." According to the site, the 93 acre Montego Caye is not privately owned; it belongs to Belize.
