Among other targets, they went after the Arguelles Brothers, Carlo, and Daniel, the principals of International Environments - an architecture and design firm. The head table alleged that this company been the beneficiaries of favouritism by the Barrow Government. Espat even hinted out that the Commercial Center, which was renovated by International Environments, was poorly done.
