In other news concerning the Bureau, Jose Trejo also commented on the Briceno Government's support of the Bureau's National Quality Policy last month.
In a press release on June 16, the government said quote, "Cabinet endorsed the establishment of a National Quality Policy (NQP) to…protect the interest of consumers. This NQP will also serve to strengthen existing... institutions to improve the competitiveness of Belizean products and services…" End quote.
