The big boss at Belize's biggest bank Lyndon Guiseppi is moving on after 14 years at the helm of the Belize Bank. In a letter to staff yesterday - the Trinidad native wrote "The time has come for me to end the Belize chapter of my life…We have stabilized and strengthened the Bank, opened new branches, restructured the group and grew by acquisition." End quote.

Guseppi's last day at the bank is October 31st and he will be succeeded as Chairman/CEO by Filippo Alario.
