Andre Selgado, Manager, Quality Poultry

"These young people now they don't want to touch a chicken honestly they don't want to clean a chicken or touch a chicken so we have had to think future thinking of how we can cater to this generation right so for instance we have invested in further processing so chicken ham slices, breakfast sausages, everything that is already seasoned and pre-made we have a line or chicken express, so we are in the chicken express restaurant right now, so everything you eat here we have a line of that already seasoned you just put it in the fryer and you cook it. It is already clean with vinegar by the way. That is one question we always get asked, so we have also invested in a new packaging machine because again when people go to the store, and they do not want to touch the chicken because maybe water is coming out of the chicken, out of the package. We have invested over a million dollars in brand new packaging machine that allows it to be packaged more better, it makes the chicken last more longer in the freezers in terms of lifting it up it won't stick on the other package so again we are adjusting to what it means to be living in 2025 so there is a lot coming. We are going to launch pretty soon our new hot dog sausage pretty soon, so quality poultry has our own line of hot dog sausage that will come out and we also have an Argentinian Chorizo that will come out as well. So there is a lot going on and in this day and age a lot of people want to get back, so how can you get back? In collaboration with the 50 years we launched our reward loyalty program card so any of the branches you go in and sign up for your loyalty card and you then can get points so for every $1 you purchase you get points so for every 2500 points you get $25 so you win and you gain with quality poultry."
