And while the primary sector carried the second quarter, Sabal says the role of tourism was negligible:

"The contribution of tourism for this quarter was very small. It's slow season as well for quarter two, so we didn't have a lot of visitors. Overnight actually decreased, and cruise ship had a slight increase."
"So tourism was very small in the second quarter. And that could also be a reason why tertiary was down."
