And Mira takes over the Ministry of Enterprise which covers the Free Zones - both in the north and west. As we have been reporting, the one in the north is running very hot right now. We asked Mira how he will will handle the zones and the cartels which control the tobacco trade:

"I am scheduled to to meet with the CEO of Free Zones very, very shortly. With, along with the chairman of the board. And we're going to ensure that we look at everything. Yes, we're there to ensure that the business people in the free zone can do their business, and they can do it, without fear."

"And that's what we're working on. I still have not gotten the briefing from them as yet, but as soon as I do, we'll know where we're going from there. But our aim is to ensure that those businesses in the free zone can do business, without fear. And that, business happens."
