According to a statement sent by the shipping company to their customers, this is due to a temporary IT interruption with Hyde Shipping - which has disrupted their logistics. Bercause of this - we are told - their cargo ships cannot come to Belize.

The company explained that the pause is necessary to allow its professionals to restore servers and ensure secure, compliant communications with U.S Customs. The issue is being expected to be resolved before the end of the year but an exact date has not yet been provided.
