And when it comes to leading roles - we wondered about some familiar names that have been turning up in the NBC. Former owner of Westline, Sergio Chuc is a shareholder of the National Bus Company and a director on the Board. As for the familiar face of Troy Gabb - formerly of the DFC in the Novelo era, the Minister says he has been an advisor but has no permanent position:

"Well Mr. Sergio Chuc is a shareholder now of the national bus company, so, and he's also a member of the board. So we, and we expect that he will bring to bear all of his wisdom and expertise to continue to build the national bus company. Mr. Troy has a lot of experience previously from when we had the nationalization with, well the consolidation with the Novelo company so he brings a lot of that experience and so we have been able to gain information and ideas from him on how we can improve. So in that sense he has been very helpful to us but he doesn't hold any particular position, long-term position. He came voluntarily to assist us in the transition since he's here in Belize city but that's just for the, for the beginning week or two."
